			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Just because you can develop or build mobile systems and services doesn’t mean you can do mobile.</p>

<p><strong>Business Model: </strong>business model is very important building blocks of your mobile startup so get it right and then think if you want to do the do. <strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Platform:</strong> Platform is all bogus there is no platform for mobile success or no mobile platforms that have achieved success so another is just adding to the crowd.</p>
<p><strong>Modularizing:</strong> requirement, quality and deliverable is very important more so when you will be working on same kind of products do not try to change the UI elements and present it, every product is characterized by what its target user is looking for, to start how this client is different from the last one even if they are from the same vertical.</p>
<p><strong>Change:</strong> change is imminent with new media and more so mobile services and technologies, so be ready to listen what the market says.</p>
<p><strong>Niche:</strong> niche is what will save you, Niche is what will differentiate you from the herd and niche is what can take you down if you are targeting the wrong vertical and market.</p>
<p><strong>The system:</strong> understand the mobile ecosystem; the aggregators, operators, content owners, technology owners, user engagement and trends, whether you are a service company a content company a development company or a corporate you will have a combination of these, and sometimes it’s just looser business or not good.</p>
<p><strong>Get your ducks inline</strong>: make sure you have your client and market mapped out to the last ARPU, the market is still new to business and end-users so it’s better you do the homework for them “consumer education is a very good school of thought”. Unless you are doing something for smart mobile users who use Iphones.</p>
<p><strong>Never Generalize requirement: </strong>never give generalization for product specifications especially to startups lots of them are just confused and figuring out their business model just like you are so translating that to mobile and change management is a pain so beware.</p>
<p><strong>Think commercials:</strong> any mobile project needs to evaluate the commercial implications and needs of tools to deliver a particular product which is quiet high in some situations, devices required, tools and computing machines required, labor hours etc should be calculated thoroughly.</p>
<p><strong>Be a sucker:</strong> now that you have jumped into the business just get to know the other mobile establishments around you and you will know where you stand, believe me there are hundreds in your city they will give you a good evaluation measures noise is good in this case. Sometimes it gives you good leads.</p>
<p>PS:  All said and done the entrepreneurial itch is one without a cure, this is a bit harsh piece please prove me wrong and I will be very happy to follow your path. Comments for discussion are most welcome..</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>2009 was thoroughly a year that in many ways can be referred to as the year of mobile internet. Not only did the internet consumption in 2009 scaled to new high it also brought in for the first time insights on consumer behavioral pattern (do not mistake this with personal/private browsing) to the internet consumption on mobile.</p>
<p><img class="alignleft" src="http://www.iphonematters.com/images/uploads/safarimobilez.jpg" alt="" width="130" height="130" /></p>
<p>Safari simply took over as the largest mobile browser reaching upto 71% .the ease of usage and clean and neat touch browsing experience has made iphone and ipod users the highest consumers of internet on mobile now that’s what I call addictive. Opera and opera-mini being humongous in numbers of installations thanks to its wide device support and updates is among the favorite mobile browser on other phones reaching up to 15billion page transcoding and 227million MB data download (adding to taste that opera mini compresses data to 90%) in September alone. You can only say wow!!!!</p>
<p>What users download the most: think again is it videos? Is it applications? my answer to this would be “experience”. The mobile consumption behavior has indicated one thing give the mobile user the best they could get and they will pounce on it. The app store is such a colossal business thanks to the experience/feel and ease it has brought to mobile applications. It has actually blown fresh life into mobile application industry and changed the way people perceive mobile applications.</p>
<p>The main activity on mobile seems to be videos, songs, doing social networking, checking mails and browsing for information. YouTube, Wikipedia,gmail, yahoomail ,illegal music download sites like songs.pk are the top visited sites and Social networking is the number one area of interest among mobile web users (social networking is the most searched word on mobile)it is also the most indulged activity on mobile.</p>
<p>Phew it’s growing fast baby…. in 2 or three years we need better transcoders and single standard renderers for the all web browser technologies, another iphone like device and user adoption is highly unlikely. So now wait to see if the technology fragmentation kills the mobile internet growth or the mobile internet just grows itself to be the normal Personal Computing internet.</p>
<p>PS: Aaah nice to see mobile internet taking off the way it is. Now watch out for restrictions and commercialization around mobile usage because the amount of time spent on mobile internet is really mind blowing. Rest aal is well J</p>

<p>I love social media and networks not just for its cool UI and logical features but for how it brings people in contact with each other and the amount of networking possibilities it provides.</p>
<p>Think business and there is LinkedIn, there is Facebook for casual networking and then there is twitter to yap and blabber your brain very neat and sweet.</p>

<p>Sometimes I see bias(i think so) like am too good to be in your network or I am a girl how dare you, I would say take it easy after all this is a virtual connect and if there were a interaction it would take two . So here I am saying Hi!!</p>

<p>Emotive is a very important part of a product packaging and innate to new media products. it is essential to consider emotive when readying a product for live environment, the context and content is used to define the character of emotive that will be instilled into your product, it is more of a process which anchors itself in context of the product life-cycleand offering. So defining the emotive needs to deliver the right experience becomes the key.</p>
<p>There are various stages when emotive is used to keep the user well served. Making the connection with the target user is business karma. In each of you interactions predefined or real-time a business will need to incorporate necessary emotive gestures. End of the day your product is being used by humans.</p>

Also considering aesthetic alignment &amp; figure (architecture) through emotive POV is not a bad ploy it will ensure a very happy customer experience.</p>
<p>PS: don’t try to do too much or try to be target bias. It is about finding out  interaction points and making sure your product interacts properly. After all it is nice to see a twitter page conveying sorry with “fail whale”.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ninja assassin is a story about Raizo(Rain) who is taken from the streets and trained to be a world’s deadliest assassin but then raizo finds that he has a heart and heart is a very special mechanism which reveals more than just beats.</p>
<p>who teaches raizo that? Boom   Young Kiriko. A fellow trainee at the school of deadly assassin of Ozunu Clan. But then young kiriko is about forgiveness and humanity and doesn’t fit into the dark disappearing and ruthless world of ninja. After some revolting she tries to flee and fails miserably paying with her life ruled so by the Ninja master(the main villain) and executed by Takeshi  (Rick Yune)  raizos competition and pain in the ass guy at the school only making things worse and  adding to raizo’s misery.<a href="http://saumyaverekar.files.wordpress.com/2009/12/ninja_assassin_m4.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-242" title="ninja_assassin_m" src="http://saumyaverekar.files.wordpress.com/2009/12/ninja_assassin_m4.jpg?w=300&#038;h=165" alt="" width="300" height="165" /></a></p>
<p>Raizo wrath about the injustice and ninja business makes him go against the clan and fight the shadow seeking deadly ninjas of Ozunu Clan and raizo embarks on the mission with taking out his master’s right eye. What follows is the awesome action sequences and martial art display.</p>
<p>The plot begins when a Europol agent Mika Coretti is researching the clan existence and their involvement in gold for murder deals.as you guessed ninjas are assigned to murder her but raizo finding a purpose and that special heart in her fights against the clan to save her.</p>
<p>The story and action is cleanly woven creating a decent design for an action entertainer. i especially liked raizos showdown with his old master. Well if raizo succeeds in saving the special heart is another story and why the freedom? is an ironic matter.</p>
<p>Anyways I liked the whole deal in all a good watch.sometimes the action sequences are compromised for rains lack of martial art proficiency but made-up in the climax. There has been loads of budget influx into showing blood and raw meat. So for people who cannot handle it get a barf bag or better still avoid it.</p>
<p>Hated one thing, people bringing their smaller ones to a movie like ninja assassin. Surely they are going to be non-vegetarians after all that blood and meat. Anyways parenting is not my subject so go enjoy the kicass movie and see how raizo raises to the occasion to give you unbelievable action.</p>
<p>PS: like always when there is an Asian movie be open for irrational complimentary act especially the shadow act and you should not have any problems with the movie.</p>

Yes that’s the kind of bullshit I get from domesticated demented online gurus of my holy country. Oh and what was the second word keep your manners intact, please spare me from that you cow bung .you are causing me serious damage. I get your example of shashi the roar roaring a tweet about the mango man transport and getting the treatment from kings and Kongs of the rest. But wasn’t he being public as in social. And it’s his decision and how he screws it, oh did I say screw? umnn screw or not only can he tell what he did and what he feels about doing that. I think he did alright he was just speaking out his mind.</p>

<p style="text-align:left;">Anyways privacy and private data are I think the biggest hurdle the social networking platforms will find difficult to keep from indexing bots and leaks. This as a concern will also in my opinion be a serious look into matter at one time or the other.</p>

It’s been quite a mystery to understand on why online ad networks give more ROI then a Social platform. What a marketers doesn’t seems to understand here is that social media platform and an online advertisement platform are two different things. They function differently are built and applied in different way. And when you are thinking ROI they surely are different worlds.ROI in monetary terms cannot be delivered by social media.But this doesn’t mean that social media cannot be used for Business it’s got more juice and potential than any other promotional vehicle when it comes to real-time and interactive marketing.</p>
<p>Social media is a media designed to be disseminated through social interaction, created using highly accessible and scalable publishing techniques. Whereas <strong> </strong>Online advertising is promotion that delivering marketing messages to attract customers and to attract the right customer the SEO, keyword relevancy are crucial and thus begins the game of CPC, CPM, and CPA etc.</p>
<p>What one needs to understand is that all the social media platforms first of all are not same. They have their own DNA (I mean generally) and based on this the customer or user of the social platform differs so TG classification starts here.</p>
<p>Ok coming back to how social media platforms can be used, First of all consider this; a social media platform can only help you in</p>

<p>Are general features of a social media platform. Remember you already have spends for these activities and ROI is not always the measure, measure should be if campaigns successfully caused target customers to commit to the goal some indicators can be social actions like rate, comment, share, recommend etc.</p>
<p><strong>Considerations:</strong></p>
<p>Once you know how the platform functions you can proceed to plan on how to use the platform with its available features and possibilities which in itself is a different proposition. Make sure you device a better engagement promotion plan which will deliver value to the users over time.</p>
<p><strong>PS :</strong>no matter what, it’s still to be figured out. There is no social platform or module of its which has brand engaging module and delivers better business proposition. But what the heck I might be wrong because social modules and behaviors are difficult to predict only the platform owners can tell and decide how to maximize and optimize on marketing opportunity but the catch is they cannot overturn a social mechanism to business driven platform.</p>

<p><strong>About me:</strong> my name is Saumya Verekar(spelt like Sao-um-ya (not yaa) ) .I use my nick more predominantly which is Sam .</p>
<p>I am a very opinioned guy, I love having fun, I hate hypocrites and critics, love to have a hunting season for these breeds will be the first to apply for weapon license. &#8220;Chill&#8221; is my pet word. I take life as it comes. I am choosey when it comes to friends.</p>
<p><strong>I like having fun</strong> –good time basically. Listening to Music, watching games and movies, travelling, reading poems are some of my personal favorites. I like cold coffee like crazy.</p>
<p>I am 6ft, dark and handsome (that’s what I think), I like girls more for what they are and not for how they look. That doesn’t mean I like any girls.</p>
<p>Prerequisites 2 be my girl:</p>
<p><strong>Necessary:</strong> body, looks, laughs, be my fantasy (to some extent), be available for me, immature, fun loving and above all the one who has a thing for me.</p>
<p><strong>Unnecessary:</strong> too much of maturity, don’t compare or analyze me with other guys I am an alien.</p>
<p><strong>My Attitude</strong>: See I am a bum as i admit it so educating me or teaching me won’t help. I will learn it for myself and the same funda applies the other way around. In a way I am trying to be the centre of a universe.</p>
<p>formalized behavior and rules piss me off big time. my funda is to keep things simple pleasant and at heart. don&#8217;t bother about the world its screwed already.</p>
<p><strong>Life is about fun</strong>, love music and feel good with me, fun is where I want to be. I don’t want to grow and screw my happiness. I just want to be myself and let people be.</p>
